| ABC/ESPN to air 5 Ohio State Football Games |

COLUMBUS — ABC and ESPN will broadcast five Ohio State football games this fall, including three prime-time road games against Big Ten conference opponents, the university said.
The Buckeyes, who lost to Florida in the BCS title game in January, play at Minnesota on Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. CDT, Ohio State said Tuesday. They play at Purdue on Oct. 6 in an 8 p.m. EDT start, and go up against Penn State on Oct. 27, also at 8 p.m. EDT, the university said.
All three games will be shown on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
ABC is also scheduled to broadcast Ohio State at Washington on Sept. 15, starting at 12:30 p.m. PDT, and an Oct. 20 game against Michigan State in Columbus, starting at 3:30 p.m. EDT.
The new Chicago-based Big Ten Network, co-owned by the Big Ten and Fox Cable Networks, has said it plans to show all of the conference’s football games that aren’t broadcast elsewhere.
